We strive to process and ship all orders within the same business day or the following morning. For deliveries within India, it typically takes less than a week for your order to arrive. Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can also opt to receive SMS updates on your order status after placing the order.
If your magnet arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Yes, you can make changes to your design within one hour of placing the order. Please reach out to us via email at contact@themagnetory.com or through our Instagram handle @themagnetory to request changes.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. While shipping costs may be higher, we believe our magnets are worth it! Please note that international deliveries may take 2-3 weeks. Tracking availability may be limited once the package leaves India, but we will do our best to provide tracking information where possible.
As all of our products are customized, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective/wrong item, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
